
Slice the cheese cylinder into 12 equal sizes and roll them into the bread crumbs. Put them in a baking sheet with aluminum foil and let them cool in the refrigerator for a while. Divide the green onions and tomatoes on four plates. Stir the vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper in a mixture. Then, use a broiler and put the goat cheese under heat with the baking sheet. For a minute or two, check if the cheese are golden and bubbly retaining the same shape. Garnish cheese with veggies and add the dressing. Serve and enjoy the
